Still searching st 50 AKK49K
Just got the news I did not want dvla will not tell me where my old dax was last registered so I can try to by it back,if any one knows where red st50 AKK49K please let me know,I now also have the frame number last four didgets 8866 if anyone has a red frame but no number plate attached

If you can get an in with one of the private car parking enforcement companies, they can get such details from DVLA. Not sure about the legality of it though.

Data protection prevents all now for the private indidual hence V5 not displaying previous keeper details but agree to cookies on a web search and every f***** trying to sell you pony knows your entire preferences.
Once (maybe still) you could claim a vehicle hit your car/property etc failed to stop and for a nominal fee DVLA supplied keeper.
Scrotal media appeal is your best bet.
Offer a reward and some nosey parker will crawl out the world of keyboard warriors but once the owner knows you want it the price will be silly I suspect.
Alternatively get that reg' plate made up stick it on another bike commit loads of motoring offences and then I'tll be in every agencies radar

It's not been taxed for over 42 years.
Last change of V5 was 1984.
