Re: 85cc monkey bike upgrade to 110cc? Will it work
I’ve done the rebuild today, starts first kick but won’t Rev up past 4000rpm? Runs fine up to that point and just sits there and bogs on full throttle then will come back to tick over ok? Do you think jetting or something else? Doesn’t seem to be leaking anywhere and everything torqued down properly. Any advice on jetting? Thanks again

Fixed now. Valves needed adjustment. Any advice on correct jetting?

The larger capacity will suck more so smaller jets maybe in order. Diesel Dave has a section on jetting LIfans which would be worth reading .

or put Lifan 110m jetting in the search box.

I was recently advised to put a #83 main jet in my Lifan 110 powered cub replacing the #75 which the carb came with. I will be testing this out this week hopefully, showers dependent.
