Hey, it’s not Friday night yet.....
Leather chaps with matching leather vest and a pirate rag for my head...
I did have a pair of cowboy boots once, never got on with them Cuban heels and didn’t make me feel like line dancing ever.

Post it up on here when you do. I may be in a buying mood by then.Diesel Dave wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2020 9:32 pm
So I’ll be selling off the Himalayan once the brake recall has been done, it’s been a blast.

How are you getting on with your Himalayan Dave?
What is the stand over height on one of those?

I have 30” inside leg (762mm) and I can flat foot with bike boots on.
There is a lot of suspension movement so getting on with the cases in place means you should start you Bruce Lee upkick practice ASAP.
You can get on with the bike on mainstand and rock it off easily.

I can confirm the above. Once on it seemed a very good riding position and could flat foot but having to have help getting off was embarrassing.Diesel Dave wrote: ↑Fri Jun 26, 2020 1:51 pmThere is a lot of suspension movement so getting on with the cases in place means you should start you Bruce Lee upkick practice ASAP.
TBH it was a few months ago and I'm having no problems getting on or off the BMW now.

Been watching way to many youtube videos about Himalayans, trying to decide whether nor not I need one and since there quite a following here, thought this could be useful.

So Diesel Dave, have you sold the Himalayan now?
What things about it made you decide to sell it after a year?
I was close to buying one 18mths ago, ended up buying something else, but i still like them a lot.

....and in my eyes it will always be a Himalayan and not, as some people call it, a Himalayan.
