CB100N - Any bits and bobs for sale?

Post by gtd65 » Fri Sep 04, 2020 11:00 pm

I picked up a '79 CB100N a few weeks back from a pal.

It's been sitting in his garden for about 25+ years now rusting away slowly.

Be interested to here of anybody has any parts they'd like moved, I expect a few CG125 parts will also fit?

Hi Alan,
Sorry didn't see your reply until today.

My little CB100N is pretty rough, so I probably need better wheels, stanchions and possibly even an engine. I'm open to whatever is out there really.

This one has been in a garden for about 30 years, open to the elements, with the spark plug left out!

Surprisingly, all the fasteners are coming off without any drama!

Not sure I have wheels that are any better then you have..
Should have fork stanchions.
Should be 27mm.

Yeah my stanchions are 27mm as far as I'm aware - probably a bit wider than that due to rust!

The rims have basically lost the chrome but appear fairly solid, I'm more concerned about the strength of the spokes to be honest!
