Honda c70 6 volt turn signal relay.

Hi I’m new to the club & have just bought a 1974 Honda c70 which I’m very pleased with.The indicators on both sides work but do not flash looking at the wiring diagram it shows a winner relay in the system I have looked everywhere on the bike for it & cannot find it please can anyone help.

Hi It will or should be under the right hand side cover.

Thank you SteveSt100 I have looked in the area you suggested and it’s not there I have had the leg fairing off and looked to no avail is it possible c70 models did not have a winker relay.

If you look up your bike on CSMNL website there will be an exploded diagram which should show where it is or should be fitted.

In my (limited - and with a 12v) experience the flasher relay is unable to cope with high wattage bulbs and they don't flash if you put car indicator bulbs in - they are same size and contacts but 21W instead of 11W - I think. Maybe a similar fault?
