HONDA C90s ARE CRAP yours for £4

Post by radar » Sun Dec 16, 2018 1:20 pm

Not often you get reviews running the old c90s down but I found this article in an old motorcycle mag.
A nice Xmas read by the fire. The second hand motorcycles price guide is interesting. :o

£4 delivered.... what more do you want out of life.

I had a review of my first Harley Davidson published in the Used Bike Guide.

They weren't too fussy about who contributed.

Nice red jacket on the rider.

I somehow doubt the claim about millions of ads though. Wouldn't have got away with it in my day. :D

This post started me thinking. I worked in print pre press for over 40 years and only worked on one motorcycle based project, a partwork called On Two Wheels. 120 odd issues which a grateful client posted to me every week and the binders as well. Can't remember what happened to it though as it was about 1976.

Just found it on eBay in pdf form. Worth a punt for £8 so hopefully will be re-living my mid twenties in a day or two.

That's just ruined my day! I thought my MZ TS250 review they published was selected from the thousands of top quality items that had been submitted.

I used to read the UBG and UMG A5 sized magazines virtually every month.

I even bought and read a good selection of the 4 wheeled version, Jalopy. 8-)
