didn't a member work for a firm in Salisbury deliver bikes a few years ago , cant remember who it was now but they delivered a t80 to me

ive used www.anyvan.com a few times
cost me 100 quid to get an enfield bullet from Yorkshire to Bristol and 43 quid to get some beetle seats from Manchester to Bristol

its like eBay in reverse- post your job and you get people bidding for the work. the prices start high and get lower and lower over a few days

You're right. Different companies bid for the work.
As I previously mentioned, don't accept the cheapest straight away. As the days go by they come back to you with even lower prices.
