Thanks for getting back.

I know what new ones look like....I just needed some further information about what state yours was in as they do tend to break if badly corroded, plus there are 3 models and it would be a 6 hour round trip to collect it and I need to know if worth the journey.

You're right IMHO to be suspicious of corrosion, I believe our own Newtsalad had problems with one which I seem to remember was not the zinc plated version. That's £8 extra but when I bought mine I didn't get the option of buying it without. :D

The version he sells for Cubs is a modification of his "standard" rack so if you buy used you may end up having to cut and weld to get the bike to fit properly if it's not a Cub one.

Just my opinion (and Nigel's I think). :lol:
