No,it's a Honda zb50 copy,or honda RT,very similar to the skyteam st90 also.
It takes all the popular stuff,cub90,lifan,yx,zongshen, honda "c" pattern and standard yoke length z50 Monkeybike forks.
Indeed,a keen badboy. Here's another one I had with 10" Monkeybike rims and forks,yx140'd.

No . I had sort off 1 and a half bikes. This is the spare parts I gathered up when I had the silver 2005 road registered one.
Was going to build these second parts into a kart track rider.
