C90 Goldie For sale. 1987. £1275 - SOLD

Post by Albs59 » Thu Jul 25, 2019 10:52 am

As above my C90 electric start is now up for sale.
Quite a lot of details and photos about it in the threads linked below.
Anyone who is seriously interested is welcome to come and have a look at it.
I have many more photos if anyone wants to see anything in particular and can supply them to any interested parties.
Thanks for looking.

I will see if anyone on here is interested this week and if not try my luck on Gumtree at a slightly higher price and see what happens. :)

I have now taken a deposit for the bike, so it is not longer for sale.

Even if you did, it can only be done by a Forum Moderator after a certain period of time has passed.

Usually one of us spots it and does the necessary anyway. Just let us know with another post on the thread when it's gone and we'll amend it to, "SOLD."

That way, you won't get PMs in 6 months asking if you still have it.

On to the next project, eh? ;)

Advertised on Gumtree for £1325. 12 hours later I was offered the asking price to be paid straight into my bank account. Chatted on the phone to the guy to establish he was genuine and told him a deposit would suffice for me to hold the bike for him. He paid £200 deposit, came and viewed the bike today and paid the balance. A courier is collecting the bike for him next week.
So, the bike is now definitely sold. Admins please amend title accordingly.
Many thanks.

Nice one, just hope he doesn't join up here and finds he could have got it for less

I did tell him about the forum actually. I don't think he would lose sleep over the £50 he might have saved to be honest. He was a really nice genuine fella, who Im sure will appreciate it and look after it. 8-)
