Blimey! Looks like I did something right for once. I'll print this off and frame it!Well-dented wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2019 9:21 amHi all,
I am now the very proud owner of the above bike. It’s been 30 years since I’ve owned a cub 50 and I’ve been hankering after another Cub for the last 10 years.i’m over the moon with Maria’s bike. Many thanks to capitano for posting the ad here or I wouldn’t have seen it. I am unable to mark the advert as ‘sold’.
Hopefully I’ll see some of you guys in the north Herts/Essex area sometime.
Regards
Ed

I trust you're going to put the rear light in the correct orientation?Well-dented wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2019 9:21 amHi all,

Hi Again,
Thanks Wightegi for marking the advert as ‘sold’
I had been keeping an eye on the East Anglian Meet but sadly I won’t be in the country for it this year due to family holiday commitments.
Hi Gtd65 .. the rear light was in the correct orientation when I came to look at it, although it would have taken me a while to notice it to be fair :/ .
Bikerbaker .. I am indeed very happy with the cub. I’ve put about 50 miles on it ( thanks to this amazing Easter weather.) I was afraid it would disappoint as I’ve owned bigger cc bikes since my c50 and I didn’t know how rose-tinted my memories were. I delighted to report that it’s as much fun as I had hoped and I get to see so much more of the countryside now as I’m not in a hurry anywhere. People seem to greet the little Honda with a smile too which I’ve never had on the bigger bikes.
Hopefully it’ll last me for years to come.
