For clarity, here are the photos from the other thread.
I only have my mum's C90 now. Ride it daily to work and back mostly. My project C90 is still here with me, all the other bikes are either abroad or sold. Till next year, I will only ride the 90. Been looking to replace the KTM 990 but will hold fire for now until things settle for a bit.Newtsalad wrote: ↑Fri Nov 15, 2019 2:28 pmHi George. The BMW pissed me right off when I prepped it for the 'Not Dragon' and planned to take it to Wales. I replaced the fork seals and when I tried to start it it was dead. So I took the car. I just had a downer working on shit bikes, and decided most would go.
The long and short of it is all but the Harley, the 90, and the XL350 have been set aside as I did other things this year. I'm in the process of selling off one of my property projects, which will greatly help my mental well being!
I did sort the BMW, it was simply a loose connector. But this year I have not ridden the Guzzi, the BMW, the GS750, the C200's, the CT200, the Little cub, the Eliminator(s) the Virago, the CB 125, the XL 125, or the CM90.
The CM90 I don't actually like much TBH. I wanted it to complete the OHV collection. (CT200, C200, CN90 ) but I don't much care for the gear pattern.
Besides which, I'm getting a bit fed up with pogoing around the lanes here, and these days prefer something with suspension, like the XL or the Harley.
Plus, the push button/ride away of the Harley is so appealing. Even with Git, I'm usually blowing in the petrol tank to unstick a float valve, check tyres, chain etc.etc. With the XL it's plug out, squirt in fuel to start, then it's fine until it stands for a week or more, then its same again...
Regarding the Little Cubs... The one on the road I have given to Su. She's only been on the Eliminator once this year. Only ever ridden the Little Cub once, and I need to put the 90cc engine in it.
The other Little Cub still needs a V55/5 application to get a registration. I've no plans to sell either at the moment.
