Still - Desperately Seeking Stepthrough

Post by Rickster » Thu Oct 14, 2010 2:22 pm

I'm still looking for a stepthrough for sale in the South Devon area, or further afield if someone can deliver. I can pay around £450.
If you have or know of any machine please call or text me on 07906 890 848 or email me at heyserichard@tiscali.co.uk

Mine is for sale, see thread at top of this forum. Looking for £350 and it's in Southampton. Could do with a piston kit but that will still fall well within your budget..

OK mate glad you found one anyway.

Vmalt, as you know I live near you and also opposite John Oldfield Honda spares so if you need any support just shout - I'll be staying regular round here during my BRIEF reprieve from the sickness...

If anyone knows anyone of course... point them to me - it's a good 'un and it's way cheap!

You must know the man who builds the trikes (sticks)? I have been going to Oldfields for 30 years on and off, what an amazing chap he is!.
If you need a cub to bang around on i have a spare one.
We will have to meet up someday.
Regards
Nick.

I'm not sure what to say to that Nick, that's very kind of you mate. At the moment I'm not stuck for transport but it's heartwarming to see there are people like you around if I was. Thank you very much for your message, it's cheered me at a difficult time. I notice you've got a BM mate - I've got my eye on a '76 R100 that's been sat in my dads garage with a dead clutch for the best part of a decade. Love the old boxer twins!

Yea we should have a pint sometime soon, why the hell not :)

Andy.

The 76 beemer should have spoked wheels, best looking of the bunch, mine was a £700 ebay bargain from winchester.Bit tatty but goes like a goodun.
Like riding an armchair my mate says, complete with panniers and stainless pipes.
If you are up for a drink sometime PM me, my son works in town so i am often there collecting him.
Nick.
