Plenty of old (pre '77 moped restriction law) C50s got 'moped' on the logbook when new, and there's no arguing with a V5!!
Worth asking what a potential purchase is registered as.
Curses my c50 1973 was a motorbike so I needed L plates but could ride it forever no cbt .Also any bike up to 250 with no power restriction or even any bike with a sidecar mmm dunstal comando.. :) :) :) :) :)
