iv got buyers from the US now asking me if i will ship it, but he will have to use paypal and i dont use it, if ido decid to use my sisters paypal will she be able to withdraw the funds in cash?

I would reckon she would have to make payment from Paypal to her bank, and draw cash at bank. Otherwise I reckon it'll be all that Western Union Bo££ocks and they want an arm and a leg in charges.....
