Bogging after 4000rpm after big bore upgrade 85-110cc? HELP!

Bogging after 4000rpm after big bore upgrade 85-110cc
Rebuilt a skyteam st90 monkey bike today. Starts first kick but won’t Rev past 4000rpm and just bogs even at full throttle? Runs fine up to that point. Torqued down bolts properly and doesn’t seem to be leaking anywhere? Was fine before with 85cc head on it
Any ideas much appreciated
