Getting 12v ac at headlight connector?
Not over charging, replaced regulator to be sure
All other lights are fine?
Any help appreciated

Re: Headlight keeps blowing?
Thinking logically - what has the headlight got that no other circuit has? The DIP SWITCH, so I would look at the dip switch in particular for sluggish movement of its mechanism that could allow more voltage to pass due to delayed switching. May be a drop of WD40 might help.

Re: Headlight keeps blowing?
Two main reasons come to mind when lamps blow regularly.
Over voltage and vibration being the usual suspects.
Does the rear light blow (not brake light) as well ? you did say all others are fine so i guess not. If it does it's an over voltage issue.
Though it's possible the tail light is wired differently on these bikes but usually it's on the same AC circuit.
Does the tail light work without the engine running ?
If not i'd be checking the vibration route ,loose lamp holder, loose headlight, perhaps even a bad batch of lamps if you always buy from the same place.

Re: Headlight keeps blowing?
If you are running 35/35w and the same as a C90 I've had 3 fail in quick succession, last one about 50 miles.
Bought some more from a different eBay shop and seeing what happens next.
