Honda CF70 12 volt
Anyone on this forum got a Honda Chaly CF70 12 volt. I have acquired one and am trying to sort it out. Managed to get it running but would appreciate a bit of advice on the strange tubes which run from the carb to the head and whether or not it should have a choke. Any help much appreciated.

Re: Honda CF70 12 volt
Hi. I have a 12v CF70,but it came with no engine/carb in it. Building it up with a cub based 110 manual engine.Think they are a cable choke as i had the fittings on the left hand switch for one on mine.

I've one as well, but also bought with no power plant.
Similar to Steve I've gone c90 12v motor with 107cc barrel and head, but still 3 speed semi auto.
Sorry I can't help about your plumbing issue.

Thanks for the replies. I have now taken the carb off. It is a Keihin PB51A. I can't find any information on the internet about it which is amazing. Definitely no sign of a choke. If I can't get it running properly I might be going down the same route with a completely new engine and carb set up.

Re: Honda CF70 12 volt
Could just fit a taller manifold like mine, which allows the 19mm carb to clear the frame.
