Hello C90 Club from Denmark

I bought myself a 2006 Jincheng monkey bike. and is having a bit of trouble with the Electrics, as the previous owner, did som changes to it along with an engine swap.
I dont know WHO built the"new" engine? but engine number is: cx154fmi.
Can anyone tell me what i have on the Picture. it looks like a cdi and have the same connector as a cdi, but there is another cdi already in the wiring loom.
Engine runs great and drives well. Its just the Lights, turnsignal and horn that doesnt Work.

thank you in advance

Kim P.

Hi welcome .Not sure about the CX ,but 154 is single cylinder and 54 mm bore so a 125 cc engine.

Some of the pit bike engines do not have the stator for lights .

Hello Wightegi

Thank you for your reply.

I think i found out was it is. A neutral switch that can show all gears, except i dont have a display for that, only the neutral light.
Do they put those on pitbikes with no lights??
The previous owner put a cdi in the connector :)

Spare CDI   the pink and green would go to the neutral light ,but it is the other wires in front of that which would go to lights , so how many and what colour are they?

As the wiring only goes from the gear position switch/sensor to the box i'd say previous owner just put something in a hole that fits.
Or maybe had been let down with a CDI before and as Wightei jokingly (i think !) said carries a spare.
Most manufactures use colour coded blocks Male and Female but no guarantees from China.
Be worth trying it as a CDI though as plugging it in there wouldn't have damaged it.
