IOM JURBY PLOP ENDURO - 6th July

Arrangements are now finalised for our first IOM Plop!!
This will be held at the famous Jurby Race Circuit on Sat 6th July, on the weekend prior to the Southern100.
It will be a max 2.5 hours mini-Plop with a 50 bike grid size.
Entry fee only £65 per team.
All existing Plop rules/regs and licence requirement will apply.
Transponders will be provided on the day for those who don’t have their own.
The mini-Plop will take place at 09:00am and will be followed in the afternoon by a full program of 50cc Racing Club Match Races.

Formal entries will open this coming Tuesday 12th March via our on-line entry system.
A link will be posted here and on the other usual Facebook pages, websites and forums.
(Don’t worry, it won’t be at 4:00am this time!)

The IOM Steam Packet Co have offered all participants concessionary rates for ferries and accommodation.
The rates and details for booking will be provided to all those who enter.
Many thanks to the IOM Steam Packet for their generous assistance with fares to help make this event possible.

Jurby circuit will be open to us for some practice on Fri 5th July for a small track-day fee.
Free camping available at the circuit.
Theres an after-party arranged, including a band, on the Saturday night at the Sulby Glen Hotel.
Bring it on!!

All those wishing to take part, watch this space on Tuesday for the entry system opening.
Details required on the entry form are as before, name, DOB and licence number of all riders.

IOM Jurby Plop - 6th July

The arrangements for the Mini-Plop at Jurby Circuit, IOM are now finalised and we are now going live with the entry system.

The entry fee is £65 and that will include a transponder if you need one.
This can be paid thro the entry form link by Paypal or separately by BACS transfer
The info required for each rider is just name, contact details, DOB and licence number.

The event will be around 2.5 hours duration, on the morning of 6th July.
We will start scrutineering/sign on around 07:00am and be out on track at 9:00am sharp.
To make life simple, all existing Plop rules/regs will apply for this event.

Also licence requirements will be the same i.e. minimum requirement is a full DVLA bike licence or any recognised on/off road race licence.

These special rates are only open to those involved with the event.

Also attached will be a disclaimer which will need to be fully completed and presented on the day, at sign-on.

Camping/caravanning/motorhoming is available free at the circuit.
On the day before the event (Friday) there is an open trackday for anyone who’s there, for a minimal fee.
During the afternoon of the 6th there will be a series of 50cc Racing Club Match Races, and also the traditional "Kipper Races”.
Anyone with an ACU licence will be able to take part in this on their Plop.
After the days race events there is a presentation after-party, including a band, at the Sulby Glen Hotel.
