PLOP ENDURO CHARITY DONATION
PLOP ENDURO CHARITY DONATION
North West Blood Bikes Lancs & Lakes
Sunday 3rd March 2019
Yesterday was a very special day for S&D Armada / Plop Enduro!
From the monies raised from our club activities and the running of the Plop Enduro, we were able to make our biggest charity donation yet!
From the funds raised last year we were able to proudly present the NW Blood Bikes with a brand new, fully kitted out, BMW R1200RT Blood Bike!
The bike was formally handed over yesterday at The Heatons Bridge Inn, Scarisbrick and in attendance were a great number of Blood Bike officials and riders plus of course a good contingent of SD Armada officials, members and Ploppers.
Many thanks to all who turned up to support us and to take part in proceedings.
A very big well done to all those who are involved in The Plop Enduro, the organisers, helpers, competitors, friends and family!
All have contributed to us being in a position to make this fantastic donation.
We all look forward to another successful year ahead and to seeing the ‘Armada’ Blood Bike being put to excellent use around the Southport / Ormskirk area.
Well done to all!!

I’m new to the forum and just bought a 87 Cub. Can I say a big thank you on behalf of North West Blood Bikes Lancs and Lakes to Plop for donating the funds for this bike. It will be put to good use I assure you. Once again many thanks.

Re: PLOP ENDURO CHARITY DONATION
Great first post Graham , I’ve been competing in the plop enduros for a good few years and to see the money raised go to such a good cause is brilliant .
Last year I lost my dad to leukaemia and the amount of blood and platelets he received in the last few months was unreal ,so to me this is a fantastic donation from great bunch of people .

And great to hear you've got yourself a Plop!
Now all that's needed is a bit of tuning, a few teammates, and your ready to join the fun!
Was a fantastic day when we handed over the bike to you at Heatons Bridge.
A fantastic turnout, despite the weather.
Was great to see you and the other Blood-Bikers there.
(Im the one shaking Pauls hand and handing over the keys! )
I bet the bike has done quite a few miles by now!
Long may the good work continue!
