Great result there Ian. Well done! :)

We weren't able to make up the deficit of our carb falling apart after the first hour.
Went from 9th place down to 53rd while repairs were carried out.
Managed to claw back to 23rd overall by the end.
Another case of "what might have been, if only....."!!

Hope your bumps and aches feel better soon.
Look forward to seeing you and your team at the next one!!

PS...... Here's a link to the full results, including each teams lap by lap breakdown....

It was good & interesting to come and watch.

I've gathered a few ideas and reminded myself of the most important thing - It's gotta be reliable!

Seems much closer than it was before, helped no end by the single carb rule I imagine.

See you all on the next one.

Agreed Garth. Three of us travelled down from West Yorkshire for the day. Most entertaining & absolutely everyone we spoke to was most friendly & helpful.
Not sure whether to prepare a bike over the winter or wait until 2019's season. You're right, reliability is the answer although I feel quick riders are the key.

I've done quite a few of these now and noticed that "Everyone" is getting faster, also we were a rider down as we normally race with three but just two this time and it was hard ,don't know how some do it solo  did anyone do that this time ?

We normally have 3 but were also a man down. At one point thought I was gonna have to do it solo but didn't in the end. I was knackered at the end.

Following our successful Anglesey100 Plop, we have some remaining T-shirts left from the event.

We have the fantastic 'Anglesey100' retro t-shirts in sizes M, L and XL left.
Also there's the 'Plop Enduro C90' t-shirts in L, XL and XXL. All are in Black and there's a few XL's in Blue.
Contact graeme@sdarmada.co.uk if you'd like one or two (or more!)
£12 each (inc p&p) or £20 for two.

They'd make great early Xmas presents!! :D
