Don't forget alot of your so called jap stuff is now made in China. We have Yamaha ybr125's at work(fleet bikes),our particuler ones are all made in China, some of 'em look rough as old boots already well oldest one we have are 3 yrs old, alot of rust on frame/swingarm etc etc, also had some ones back in for service when they were new with less than 1000 miles on clock with wheel bearing failure etc etc.

Re: supercub
Of course, pretty much everything is made in China these days, but there's a world of difference between bikes built for export and bikes built for the Chinese domestic market. The Riders Super Cub has all the hallmarks of the latter - none of the better Chinese brands (e.g. Sinnis) allow you to just buy a container-load of bikes and flog them on like Del Boy. Anyone who does can't be too concerned with the good name of their brand, as they clearly don't care about what sort of support you propose to offer the purchasers of your bikes once you've sold your container full and disappeared (like most Chinese bike dealers did in the early 2000s).jamescub wrote:Don't forget alot of your so called jap stuff is now made in China.

...and despite the amount of debate you and I have had on the subject of Chinese bikes across various forums Jaz, that's the fundamental point that we both agree on.Black Sheep Radical wrote:but there's a world of difference between bikes built for export and bikes built for the Chinese domestic market
With a (notionally spare) grand of my hard earned cash I'd happily buy a used 12v Cub or a new Wuyang or Keeway Partner... but not one of these...yet...until they've been proven.
That said, great photos and it does look nice enough.

And I can't understand why, at this price, no one has come forward with a review!
Do we know for sure one will fit in easily.Cerberus73 wrote: run till motor went pop, then a proper honda motor in it.

Re: supercub
You can see it's an exact C90M copy from the pics. Any 12 Honda or generic Chinese would fit straight in.Pjam wrote:Do we know for sure one will fit in easily.
