Re: Symba at the NEC show
The photos were from the Sym stand at the NEC so they are being officially imported by Sym UK now.

Re: Symba at the NEC show
I have to admit one of the biggest reasons I bought a C90 was to get a 'feel' of the semi-auto
box, just to make sure I like it/get used to it. I'm very interested in a Symba, but wouldn't
want to buy one to find i didn't like it.
I've owned three SYM scooters so far and all have been as reliable as the japanese bikes, just cheaper.
I've noticed that Symba's are on bike trader for £1999, which is near to Honda innova which has a bigger
engine and a disk brake. Though personally I think the Symba looks better than the innova and square
light C90's. I also think it doesn't rip off the earlier cubs looks, like most chinese clones do (i've heard quite
a few people accuse it of being a clone).
What I want to know is if it's officially being imported to the UK so part's will be readily available, for I believe
it previously didn't meet EU emission standards.

Re: Symba at the NEC show
I was aware that emissions were the reason that they hadnt previously imported them but understand that they have sorted this which is why they have now started. Ive been dealing with a chap called steve oliver from motoGB who are the uk sym importers and he,s been really helpful. He can be contacted by calling them or the sym facebook page. Since getting mine ive ridden it more than my bmw1200 it's just such fun and turns heads wherever i go people ask what it is and where i got it!

2k though, nah bit steep for a chinese bike imho... would rather add a bit n buy a proper jap bike. now if it was a new Honda cub 110... id consider it. 2yr warranty kinda sucks as well, lol if crappola kia can give a 7yr job on there crap cars (me mother has a 2011 kia picanto... crap, gutless, cheap plastic n smells)

That seat and rack looks a bit small for Europeans. If you're 6' tall you really need one that goes back nearly to the shock mounts for any kind of comfort.
