Amazing economy bike from Holland! :D
Standard ANF125i engine - 237mpg (US gallons - that's 308 great British mpg) @ 85mph!!

hells bells if it was any more frugal it be running on air! have to admire the guys ingenuity, as for safety of it... dunno, i reckon in a situation where you need to act fast that it would cause problems, feet tangled in things, and no ability to let the bike just slide from you in the event of a accident. still very clever... pjam ya fancy building yourself a shuttleworth streamliner cub, chequerboard paint scheme and all lol. maybe a ukelele carrier in the back box ;) eeh it might turn out nice again!

I know what you mean, I'd feel a bit claustrophobic inside that but what a fantastic project. Great write up and the standard of his work is hugely impressive.

Wouldn't like it, being in the wind is a big part of biking, anyway the switch to electric is approaching fast. My Cub is going to have an "infinity generator"!

Blimey :o :o :o Just goes to show how poorly streamlined a standard one is :!: I think my question would be...... 'How much do I want 85mph, and how much do I want my bike to look like a bar of soap' :?:
