Anyone had problem with drive chain clattering inside case?
Have adjusted correctly, but still noisy.

Need to separate them to see which half is rubbing. Look for wear marks inside aswell.
There's not a lot of clearance inside. Only takes small bend, ding or out of alignment to rub.unless your chain is extremely worn and the slack up and down movement is catching in the bottom. Need to check play in sprocket carrier and sideways float on drive sprocket.
You've checked axle alignment on marks... haven't you?

I did have trouble, the case was not fitted back correctly by me, it has a lip which fits inside the other half. Take it off and refit.
