CB300R
Decided to sell the Sh300 after a attempted theft, apparently they are sought after ,just behind the vespa 300.
I dont like leaving it anywhere now ,Ive bought a motolock, which is a deadbolt lock that bolts to the frame but still have decided to get a CB300r
Anyone had one on here? I had a sit on one this week not ridden one yet ,it was either this or a Z400 or a ninja 400,but not many of those around either
Need something as small as a 125 ,but more powerful

Re: CB300R
If you are on Facebook and know Amie ( she doesn't come on here these days ) she had one for some time and rode it year round.
She'd be a good person to ask about good/ bad aspects.

Used to work with a women who rode one in the early days of release & it had problems but I believe they've been ironed out since but not actually known anyone own since.
The Kwak 400 is a lovely machine and was fun on the test ride.
Not the bargain they where but how about a Suzuki inazuma 250 one just sold on eblag for under £1500 in London & looked tidy

The Inazuma does not have the street cred so may be a good option ,there is also a Yamaha YBR250,or how about a KTM 390. weighs less and about 40hp.

Re: CB300R
A customer came by a couple of weeks ago on a innazuma ,it was ok but not for me,no abs ,which isnt.a deal breaker but handy when the roads are iced up or in the snow last year the KTM 390 was on a shortlist ,but the build quality on the earlier models is a bit hit and miss with engine overheating and the reviews say not ideal in town as its a bit on off the throttle.
Been to view a cb300 this morning with 14k on it ,it was a bit scruffy as its been a winter hack ,although sprayed with acf I was expecting it to be a bit better
The bars are really wide ,10cm wider than the sh300,I can see a few car mirrors not being happy on my route !
Need to find a z400 or a ninja 400 next to have a sit on , not rushing ,the Sh is covered in salt again after todays ride ,at least its mostly plastic !
