As usual the power and weight drivel is prominent. I had an old 350 Bullet. From memory the quoted BHP was around 18, of which 6 disappeared by the time the power got to the rear tyre. The bike weighed 165 (ish) kg. It was most enjoyable to ride huge distances at 50-55mph, and did so for many trouble free years. I once remember going up the Devils elbow and pulling over to allow an overladen timber truck to pass because I was holding it up. Mind set allows for compromise.
