I’m not overly fond of them but scrapping a 400/4 for the wheels tends to get frowned upon...
I’m sure there used to be a company that made conversion kits to turn Comstars into spoked; but my memory isn’t the finest....

I shouldn't imagine it's a sustainable business model in its own right but if you have the tooling, materials and expertise and they are still around in small numbers ...
