hi i have been offered a sym fiddle 3 2020 scooter that needs a little work because the owner fell off and is now frightened to ride it
is there any kind person on here that knows how to find out if there is any finance ect outstanding on it

HPI check online, many companies advertise online including AA etc.
Basic check about £9.99 as I recall
