If you change the sprockets to non standard gearing on an Innova, it affects the speedo reading by quite a margin. I think the Innova picks up the speedo reading on the gearbox output shaft.

I have had the same problems with the screen ( or lac of ) so i have ordered one that fits the wave...can't be a lot of difference
Fit on the mirror mounts the same, if any thing is needed different i will make it. I have lathe and milling machines welding kit..
dew here from Italy on Thursday. Will keep you informed of progress or not.. ;)
kayz1 - thanks, would be really helpful if you can confirm whether or not it fits out of the box!

Thanks everyone for the input, it's much appreciated. I'll look into reverting the gearing back to standard and seeing how it works out. Took a look at the official PUIG site and searched by model (Innova) and year (2009) but didn't see the windscreen listed as an available product - just gauntlets and grips!

Also, yep - injected engine model of bike. Good site that wemoto! https://www.wemoto.com/bikes/honda/anf_125-9_innova/09 got everything - I was thinking parts for this thing were going to be near impossible to source.

Interesting... So the speedo might be reporting a lower (hopefully not higher!) mph than actual? Might need to do some GPS testing then.

An Innova makes less than 10 bhp.

A PCX makes near enough 12 bhp, as does the Burgman 125, N Max 125 etc.

It's not the complete picture, and 20% extra ower doesn't translate to 20% extra tp speed. there are other factors to take into consideration.

But, it helps, and facing facts your Innova s going to be slower than a PCX, and pretty much any modern Japanese-factory 125 scooter.

An indicated 50 mph is a tad slow, though.

Bogger is right, the speedo picks up its reading from the gearbox. Any change to sprockets changes 'real' speed.
You won't find the screen on the Puig official screen if you search for an Innova one. It's a Universal screen, it fits very easily with a bracket under the mirror mounts each side.

There's definitely something not right. In 3rd gear, the bike wants changing up to 4th at pretty much bang on indicated 50mph - switching up to the 4th causes the bike to feel like it gradually loses power and drops down to an indicated 40-ish mph. The hell??

Had the same issue when I went +1 on the gearing I found my Innova struggled to rev out in top gear even with the standerd gearing on a slight incline, I built a 150cc engine, and that also struggled to top out with a 1+ front sproket, but hit over 70mph with the standerd gearing

I have a 3.00 X17" rear tyre on mine (also with the Greek 150 kit) and I had to go down to a 13t front sprocket to get any 4th gear performance back.
