No bubbles burst sadly I'm a realist (though to be fair the chances of me buying anything electronic as a luddite is slim)

However I pay twice the price for my Doc Martin's as they are made in Northhampton and happily interest in buying British engineering firms & the like has increased.

Even Brompton uses Chinese parts

I'm a firm believer in karma and those will get whats coming to them

That correct.

The MiE label is just that (Northampton) If you study the manufacturer codes it denotes the country of origin (my 18 hole are made in Thailand= No issues)

My Ox blood red made in Vietnam= No issues

but as for the Guardian a paper making it's roots from the slave trade

but this is all starting to get a bit heavy so time to move on & just say if it comes off my latest purchase was made in Japan in 2006
