10mm spline, plenty on eBay but 2 versions as the E/S motor is wider (along with the footrests). As mentioned above the little pad at the rear which "you never use" comes in useful occasionally.

A pit bike gear lever will fit but will not have the rear section try Pit Bike Parts to see what is avaiable.

I feel a bit odd now, with a bit of practice I can now use the heel an toe lever as Mr Honda intended with no trouble at all. It's easier on my Super Cub than on my C90, but not difficult on either now. It did take a bit of stretching of my achilles initially though.
But then I do have dainty size 9.5 feet

I've just bought a Super Cub 125 and had the same issue with the gear lever. I've taken the standard lever off (rather than invest in clown shoes for riding
) and put a E/S gear lever on, which is better, but still not quite what I want.
As a lot of time has passed since the last post, I wondered if any C125 owners had come up with any other solutions?

My solution for the CT90 was to drill and tap a hole through the centre of the back pad and attach an old door stop which is nearly 1 inch high. That way I can use my heel to push it down. Still not easy but thats because my ankle articulation is a bit limited.

I did exactly that on my C90,but find the standard C125 one fine.
