No, not bought one myself but.....

Anyone had any experience with a broken recoil starter cord? Looks fairly simple, done one on a Honda mower years ago. Not seen it yet and notice CMSNL have a limited stock of bits.

Hopefully it's just the cord succumbed to old age.

Now been sent images of this and the starter has auto dismantled.

Just a thought, speaking to DD yesterday, he says he has removed them in the past and binned them as the 4 speed box was the important thing. Anyone have one sitting in a shed somewhere?
