hi guys/girls
slowly getting through my '06 CG125, I'm tackling the front end, plan was to clean the caliper and fit some fork gaiters whilst I was there
very little paperwork with the bike but the previous owner had some pads fitted at a dealer, rusted pad pins, rusted slider pins with shot rubbers and no caps, one of the allen's was buggerd to bits, managed to remove it after breaking an easy out, that was fun
need all new internals and hardware - sigh
so, whilst waiting for parts to come I pulled the forks and fitted some new gaiters, trouble is I cannot get the front wheel back in without catching the brake disc on the fork leg, I was very careful to keep the spacer in place when removing and nothing kicking around on the bench
looking at the parts fiche all bits present and correct so what have I done wrong? also I cannot bolt up the front mudguard?
starting to go mad so if you have ideas

Re: CG125 front end help
I'll preface the following with
A. I'm old
B. I'm a dick
had a cuppa and went out, took it all apart and then back together and all fitted perfectly, I think I had the right stanchion reversed so the caliper bracket was forward and not backwards
