SH125 sluggish when cold
Someone locally contacted me because I have an SH300 and he was wondering if its performance was poor until it warmed up. I pointed out that I took it easy until the engine warmed up but hadn't noticed any lack of power. he says he's been to the local Honda dealer and they say there's nothing wrong but he's not convinced. It an injector model. Any observations?

Perhaps he'll let you take it for a spin, see how it compares?

Re: SH125 sluggish when cold
I'd have hoped that the garage would have checked and cleaned the filter during the service but it's well worth checking. Thanks.

Re: SH125 sluggish when cold
My green sh300 used to be a bit lumpy in the damp/ winter if it hadn’t been used for a bit, certainly not as smooth as it was in dry warm weather.....no idea why. My blue one wasn’t like this and I didn’t keep the gold one long enough. Neither of my sh125 seemed to do this. All my sh300 speedo lens used to mist up though.

That's interesting. I'll suggest he waits for warmer weather and see what happens then.

Re: SH125 sluggish when cold
Worth messaging “Richie the 1st”on here.....he’s had four and done heaps of miles on them....I’m sure he’ll be able to advise. If you look at the end of the Honda vision thread a couple below this he’s on there if you want to message him.
