Innova 125i - rough idle / surges when riding

Hello All,

I'm now the proud owner of a 2011 Innova purchased for a 'garabage run' round Ireland with Nathan Millward and 14 others in June 2019

It's an ex Pizza bike with 17k on the clock and all appears to work but on it's first short test it doesn't ride well at a constant mid throttle - feels like it's losing power a bit, then comes back on again. When it's at idle it has cut out / stalled a few times. I know it's not been used for some time so perhaps it just needs a decent run with some fresh fuel and will improve - the idle issue was certainly better after the 3 mile test ride.

Re-starts on the button and revs well so just wondered if anyone had experienced this before or new first things to check.

Suggestions to me so far have been:
Replace spark plug
Clean / replace airfilter

I'm going to get some injector cleaner and give it a decent run and hopefully will resolve

If anyone looking for one of these Pontefract Motorcyles in West Yorkshire have a steady supply and been good at sorting sorting / replacing quite a few things like battery / generator prior to sale and giving it a good clean up.

It wouldn't be fair to judge them by this minor blip it doesn't show up all the time and they have said contact them for any spares needed etc. and I'm sure will help me out if needed.
