Will it outrun an injection Innova?

I warning note on the distilled water:
Sore experience from the air conditioning world, including humidifiers and liquid-borne cooling systems has taught me that the water wants the stuff back that was taken away from it by distilling.

Distilled water eats away at all metal surfaces, including galvanized pipes, until it is neutralized, just like acids. You need to put in an inhibitor, easiest done by mixing with anti-freeze.

The fitters did a costly mistake on a piping circuit for 50 fan coils, by -without my knowledge- filling it with distilled water, which ate the inner zinc coating, which again lodged itself as crystal sludge in the regulating valves. Similar pipe systems filled with anti-freeze with inhibitors didn't have the problems.

The fan coils' condensate trays also rust away, as does anything metal near humidifiers.

Many thanks for the warning, it does have about a third volume of anti-freeze.

The system does need flushing so it will get a coolant swap after I put a few miles on the bike.

I’ve gone for the cool blue tinged version.

And BTW, as of 3pm today we have an mot & insurance and we are road legal!

Road testing starts in the morning; now where did I put that AA card.

Given my experience with them, I'd check the bin and the toilet ... just in case I hadn't burned it. 8-)
