I put a bid on this one
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-CG125- ... 1431.l2649

on closer inspection it is not correct for that year, I don't expect much for that money, but I'm sure they did not have a front drum brake, although a prop stand is good.
Did the CG go back to being made somewhere other than Brazil. I brought a brand new C90 in 1985 and it rusted before the first service so don't want a repeat of that.
The CG, number plate hidden wrong forks drum and not a disc possible write off ?. 1985 C90s were Japanese the later 95 ones were from Brazil

My brother's just brought one, which got me interested, I like simple push rod engines and Steve Watkin's CG was quicker than my City Fly.

Which years' CG's had chrome fork and rear shock shrouds, square headlight, 6V and teeny-tiny front drum brake?

I remember commuting on my CX500 to the technical high school in 1988 to 1991 and always passing another student going 80 kph on his CG125.

He rode 65 km (40 miles) each way 5 days a week on that little thing.

Best era of CG money can buy! Still with the chain guard :)

I regret letting mine go, in hindsight

An impressive CG indeed, especially 2-up. :)

Causes a lot of pain when 2-up; I get punched in the kidneys repeatedly when filtering at 20 mph for 4 miles on the tunnel approach.
