Re: honda wave 110i service manual
The short answer is "no" though i did manage to find a Thai one. Fat lot of use that is !!
Do you want a full workshop manual or will an Owner's Handbook do ?
I have an electronic version of the UK Owner's Handbook here so if you PM me your email addy i'll send you a copy.
I have done a fair bit of work to mine so if you have any specific questions, fire away. I'll try to answer.
Mine was registered 2014 but is a 2012 model. If you use this web site you will be able to find exploded views of all the parts and Honda part numbers.

Re: honda wave 110i service manual
Just acquired a Wave 110i Wave and would appreciate a copy of your digital manual. Unfortunately I’ve been unlucky in that as it only had 7500 miles on the clock and only 4 years old I didn’t do a great deal of engine checking when I bought it. I went out on it to warm the oil and after a very short run it was smoking very badly and pumping white fumes out of the engine breather. Looks like at the very least a top end rebuild hence needing some technical settings etc. As manuals appear to be thin on the ground I’m wondering if the engine is the same in another Honda model which I could get some technical on.

Sadly, our friend, SteveW passed away in 2017.P Mac wrote: ↑Fri May 17, 2019 6:48 amJust acquired a Wave 110i Wave and would appreciate a copy of your digital manual. Someone else may have access to the information, though.

Stop the panic - at 7500miles it should be OK.
I have a 2014 110i wave that has 9000miles on the clock and runs like a "swiss watch".
These suffer with - emulsified oil problems - too many short runs.
Flush the oil - it will be "white" - clean the front fairing mounted - breather water trap out - fill the sump with 750ml of oil - go for a long hot hard run - drain oil and repeat. Keep at it... Flush and re flush...
I only do 4 miles a day on mine - two miles to work and two miles back - I have had to have the oil out every 500 miles (twice a year).
Castrol Power being the worst oil - you are after for oil JASO MA2 T903 10/30 5l £19.49 from Ebay. Buy five litres - you are gonna need it...

It is now £19.99
Never had a problem with oil from this supplier....
This is exactly the right spec for you Honda 110i wave (it is also the best price I could find).
I have used Motul oils in these - but it is more expensive...

Trying to adjust the valve clearances or check that they are correct. What is the correct way to adjust them? There is a t mark when you unscrew the side cover but how do you match it to the valves. There no indication arrow on the front pulley?

Re: honda wave 110i service manual
If you are careful you don’t actually need a pulley mark. Your engine completes two of the four cycles a four stroke engine completes per revolution. Turn over your engine until you notice that both valves are closed and the cams on the camshaft aren’t in contact. That will see you right. I cannot remember doing the valves on my wave when I had it but you would know if they were out by a country mile. I fixed an adjustment on a Vision 110 at work for one of my colleagues who had set the valves at 1.8mm instead of .18 and it sounded like a tractor. Also if your valves are too tight you will probably find that the scooter won’t start as there is no compression due to the valves not fully closing.
Hope that helps
