That's right wuyang am on my 4th sh 125 and they have all been different,even the 3rd and 4th,different colour but ride not the same,as for the Suzuki address 110,liked the one I bought off harv,so bought a 3 week/1 mile blue one of a Suzuki dealer in Greenwich £350 less then a new one,in facy the same dealer is doing new one,s with £200 worth of stuff,free.
The sh 125 mode has less bhp,but more torque at less revs,[5000 ],but the 4th sh 125 I have gives more m.p.g and has greater fuel range,[don't like the new key-less ones] though.

I think you might not have understood what I was trying to say. I didn’t have to buy the dead scooter from the insurance company, they offered to leave it with me so I could dispose of it or they offered to recover it from my home and dispose of it. I guess with it being Category B it cannot go back on the road and has limited value for them to recover anything from.

On the upside, I am talking to a Honda dealer about a brand new pre-registered 2018/18 plate Vision 110 in the same colour red as mine was for £1890.00 otr so the old scooter will come in handy should I need any parts plus I’ll have a spare set of wheels for my winter tyres. A happy ending to this saga is on the horizon and we will see if this one is any better on hills than my last. (not that it was bad)

That sounds like the best deal in the circumstances.

Agreed. I thought the keyless thing is a bit pointless on a three grand scooter. Probably just the first step in taking control of your bike by the manufacturer when it needs maintenance and it’s bound to go wrong. Whatever next? Keyless sump plugs that won’t open unless your two metres from a dealership? It’s one of the reasons I dismissed the new cub from my shortlist. That and a 3.5 ah battery. Whilst I understand it’s got low energy lights now, what about my creature comforts like my heated vest and hot grips? If a bike has a battery that small there’s no way the manufacturer fitted a powerful ACG like on the Vision 110.
Bring back the S wing and the old SH that shared the same engine. As Richie rightly pointed out, they were the most capable scoots for keeping up with traffic.

The 1st sh 125 I had was bloody quick ,the 2nd sh 125 I had was so slow 3rd sh 125 lot better,and the 4th [must like them]different colour,is so different to the 3rd one,but does more m.p.g,and the fuel tank is smaller.
Vision 110 bloody brilliant little scoot,like to try the new esp model.
Honda sh 125 mode,sat on one,never ridden one.
Suzuki Address 110 uk,now got 2,
Tweet 125,its good,but when the time comes round,no,there,s better out there.

So the new Vision 110 I ordered has now arrived and it’s making itself comfortable in the garage until I get a day off to fit some gadgets I am currently collecting. So far I have a new Givi screen (riot shield), some extra LED lights, another new top box and a pair of heated grips on the way. I spent £70 on 12 volt planet this week buying cable, relays, fuse holders etc to make up a nice power accessory loom better than the last one I made and a glue gun from Argos to stick it all together. After fitting all of that I should imagine the Vision 110 uphill performance thread laden with all that junk should thrive for at least another 20 pages. I’m going to do the LED headlight conversion again as on the last Vision it was brilliant and I’m going to power some lights through a changeover relay to switch between dip and main beam. This should be my best incarnation of a great commuter scooter to date. Meanwhile, the old one I am going to scrap and just keep a few parts that might come in handy in the future. I considered keeping all of the plastics but they will take up so much space in the garage I think it’s best to dispose. The engine should be fun to play with though.
