Looks like no speedo cable fitted to it though?????
Just hate it when that happens! Smart chargers deciding for you when your battery is kaput. My old fashioned charger died a couple of years ago after about 30 years during which time it "reconditioned" lots of car and bike batteries (might have killed a few too but overall saved me loads).
I've dealt with these people before, battery still good after more than 3 years. The only gripe I had with them is no personal collection, which is a pain when they are less than a mile from me, so have to wait for it to come by courier. The reason they gave was "Health and Safety" regs as they don't have a dedicated retail counter to deal with collections, bloody stupid if you ask me!gtd65 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 21, 2018 9:39 pmThis appears to be the cheapest on eBay:

Yeah I'm using the Aldi smart charger on it - just clicks and goes back to the voltage reading when you try to charge.bikerbaker wrote: ↑Thu Feb 22, 2018 10:01 amJust hate it when that happens! Had a couple of cheap batteries on the C90 which have worked OK for a while but last year I fitted a Motobatt MB5U, just over £30 but seems great. Depends on how often you use the bike and how long you are planning on keeping it really. Probably be fine with a cheapy if used regularly and or trickle charged.
Just checked the dimensions of my battery vs the Lextec:hairygit wrote: ↑Thu Feb 22, 2018 10:36 amI've dealt with these people before, battery still good after more than 3 years.
