Great stuff!

That disproves my theory on the Riders seat being longer, must be because it is thinner and has the grab rail around it.

Like the idea of the Cub seat bracket too. :D

This is a riders frame and forks with the back bit cut off to make it fit the cub bracket.
This is the same frame thats in my guides on the riders frame.

Thanks for the photos will copy them and add them to the seat post i did if thats ok.

Looks like with a bit of work you could fit a stock square headlight cub seat bracket to them and still keep the plastic tintail.

Any ideas where you can pick up those Chrome grab handles from cheaply these days?

I'm after a couple for the little Nanfang...

Any feedback on the suitability of these tyres?

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre ... 3186111313

Been looking at trail tyres fur a while and at this price, seems a good deal.

Presumably, no clearance issues with the 2.5" width?

They're very cheap.

I've got a pair of postie bike tyres in the shed that fitted no problem.

I just went for them anyway, based on cost more than anything

Should be here on Wednesday...supposedly.

Took the front wheel off to get more measurements of the speedo gear and worm drive...

Well a quick look on eBay has thrown up this part:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Motorcycle-E ... %7Ciid%3A1

Looks pretty close and I'll give it a go.

Might need to forget the worm drive but for the price, that's OK.

It's really only the gear that's totally fubar with my original, fingers crossed! :geek:
