All C bikes under 125cc are learner legal.

None are legal for 16 year olds to ride.

Doesn't look bad, though, does it, Bob?

Nice respray the rear indicators are in the wrong place ,the bolts for the tank should not be body coloured.Plus number plate not visible so you can not check it out .
But unless you have a full bike license you need a CBT and L plates.

this one is definitely classed as moped hence L for learner single seat and no rear foot pegs had one for years and no need for L plates or cbt if passed test before 2001

Yep, it depends upon what class of moped your licence allows you to ride. 16 year olds would not be legally able to ride it, but those with licences you stated, would.

To be fair, it does only say in the ad that it is "learner legal," not "16-er legal."

Wightie and I inevitably jump in to head off one of the unofficial FAQs here, "What C50 can a 16 year old ride?" The short answer being, "None of 'em!" 8-)
