I poast a bit on the advance when it been well tested so far it only don a few miles :-))

Yes I take /post a photo of the blob not much to see
I just cleaned up the rotor and original Blob with the belt sander clamped it in the welding vice and added a bit of weld (I use TIG) just mild steel rod, then used the belt sander to shape #it to match the original but 3/4mm longer on the leading edge

I have still only ridden it in traffic and I guess that will be the case until the weekend , but I can say it feel sharper notably at higher revs

Spent time yesterday putting the valves back in a TDM900 head the owner took the out and had it "gas flowed " crips I done better with w riffler fine and emery
Now I have got the bug! I guess I looking for another Bearing type head to work on :-))
