A Scrapyard Dog Says HELLO!!!!!

Post by j-dogg119 » Thu Nov 03, 2011 7:22 pm

hello everybody.

my name is Joe, iam 30, i work in a scrapyard in Grimsby and i have a few bits and bobs including......

a honda c90c which iam currently trying to restore..
about 6 different honda engines including a HA02-E 90CC, SS50EE (complete which i would love to swap for another working honda 90 engine), a c70 engine which has seen better days, and a 110cc xsport chinese complete engine with a bent gear rod, iam looking for swaps really for bits and bobs to go on my c90c....
i also have a honda city express 50cc which needs new forks and slight attention.
and my beloved tomos disco 50cc (a3) automatic. obviously not the place to spout off about that.
i have various honda bits and bobs so if anyone needs anything drop me a message and mabye we could sort out some swaps or sales.
i also have a honda melody engine haha.

iam a novice when it comes to honda c90s, however destiny delivered me one to the scrapyard which i just had to take home and get running.
i have since fell in love with my c90c.
iam just dying to get it running and a lack of engine is preventing me so if anyone can help i would be very grateful.
i also have other bits and bobs of vintage bike parts including a near full kawasaki z200 and a suzuki x7.

thanks for reading and i hope to be in contact with some of you soon, can post any pictures on request.

Joe.

Thanks guys, yea iam just getting my head round stuff at the moment, havent used a club page before so iam just getting used to the set out, thanks for uploading a few of my pictures, ill take more photos of bits and bobs ive got tomorrow and post them for you all, iam always constantly looking for parts at work and so far ive found quite a large selection, the bonus is i can also store them at work to in various out buildings etc, i hope to get my c90c running as soon as possible, i have a HA02-E engine but no cases for it and then iam missing stupid bits and bobs like a chain and stuff but that should be easy to come by, the yard i work at isnt a car yard, its anything else metal you can think of and we do get LOADS of bits and bobs in, today i was given a melody engine haha. ill let you know what ive got, ill try get a list otgether which i will update with every part i find, ill also take pictures of parts and stuff as well. thanks for the warm welcome, hope i can do business with some of you.

No. All short with white shrouds. I really should get my act together extending the spotter's guide thing into 12 volt era.
