Hi, i have just aquired a Honda C90 in red, it is a runner, so that's good, and it is also in fair condition, i would say for year but i don't have number plate or paper work to confirm this. I was given the bike by a company who does not want it any more so i have taken it on as my first res toration project.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to find the year of my bike and also any tips and hints on, good restoration practice.

Welcome.
Somebody with knowledge will be along later to help you with that, in the meantime browse the forum and you might find the answers yourself.
They will all tell you to check under the rear mudguard (by the shocks) for rust as this is a known hazard with these little bikes.
Gotta go now, Hub is calling.

Re: New owner
Try to find out the reg number , even an old tax disc ????
Do this BEFORE you start restoration !!!!!! just incase there are problems.

If you can't do as Fuzz suggests, just get an MOT on it. Then, an age related cert, insurance, £55 and you're home and dry, then restore it.
