I thinks it's the sedate speed allowing you to take in the scenery around you without the adrenaline rush and the blinkered look at the tarmac in front of you when on a big bike.

Totally agree with that - especially here in the Lake District

Don't forget to check out the club meets section. There's a couple lined up for July at Rhayader and August near Poole. you'll be able to meet many of the members (or is that not such a good thing ) for a very social non-egotistic weekend with absolutely no alcohol involved. (I could be lying about the last bit)

I was out again today,its like a drug!!! I cant stop talking about it to my girlfriend,think shes had enough now. I definately think its something about going alot slower and taking it all in and not worrying about tearing the roads up like some petrol head. I loved my Kawasaki 1200 but this is just so different and humbling I suppose
