New-be and on a desperate search

Post by yet to decide » Tue Apr 04, 2023 4:45 pm

Afternoon all, thanks for join.
I have posted on a couple of the c90 FB pages but a couple of evening searches some new info has come to light and Im hoping joining here can help.
My late father over the years had all the "old" bikes which I don't remember only story's of, but I do remember them having very early Town Mate V75, CG125, RS200 T80 Shaft and lastly there C90 . With the recent passing of my mother , I decided to see if there was any sign of the C90 which they bought brand new from Tilleys Mortor cycles of Weymouth . DVLA search show Scorn and last MOT 2017 , but a google image search shows its was busy at the Malle Mile in 2017 and having its footrests ground at Mallory Pary park in 2017 also. The more I look, despite having seen that its been hammered I would so like to try and get it back the Reg is W293 RLJ Almost as memory of my parents, I reckon it was sold by them approximately 10 yr ago to a gent in Preston Weymouth Dorset who I believe was going on a charity run. heres hoping cheers all.. Russell

The Mallory Park photo may be your best bet.

For anyone viewing this, this is the photo.

It's in a series titled: Plop C90 Enduro Mallory Park May 2017 - by Phil Thompson

It looks as though the bike is/was a Plop racer now.
