6V. then the gear change is likely to be 1 forward = 1st, 2 back ( or toe up) = 2nd, and back again for 3rd.
Anywhere near Malta or Dekalb?

Re: Howdy from the states!
I did the clutch test you guys were talking about today. When I push into 1st gear and hold it the wheel engages so I guess I need to make some adjustments. It does it in every gear too by the way. I don't know if that would make any difference but I thought I'd throw it out there. Lol
The way it jerks when it shifts makes me think the clutch is disengaging at all. If I sit idle in 1st gear though it doesn't fight to move unless i apply throttle. If I idle try in 2nd or 3rd it seems ok too but if I apply throttle it bogs down. So the CVT is working to some extent right?

Re: Howdy from the states!
Everything you are saying says the clutch needs adjusting. There are 2 clutches on the bike,a centrifugal one, controlled by engine speed ,and a manual one, controlled by the first movement of the gear lever.Adjusting the clutch only affects the manual one.
I’m sorry but it’s been so long since I did adjust a clutch,I can’t remember which way you should turn it,I think some manuals state the wrong way.
I’m sure someone will tell you the correct method.

I know how to do it,but not 100% sure which way to turn the adjuster, but you could try it both ways until it works.
Sorry I only have a photo of my C125,but yours should be very similar.
The adjuster is below and slightly to the right of the oil dip stick, the one with the lock nut on.
Release the lock nut and unscrew the adjuster slightly. Then screw the adjuster in gently until you feel some resistance. Then (this is the bit I’m not 100% sure of) unscrew the adjuster a quarter of a turn. Now tighten the locknut up being very careful not to move the adjuster. That should be it,fingers crossed.
